Faucet & Fixture Installation in Peoria, AZ

Peoria stretches our fixture work across two eras: warranty-age builder hardware giving out in the far-north builds around Vistancia, and thirty-year-old fittings coming due in the established south end.

Peoria homeowners call Liberty for faucet & fixture installation because we're local to the Valley, licensed, and answer the phone 24/7. Peoria stretches from the fast-growing far-north builds around Vistancia down to the established 1990s neighborhoods in the south. The newer homes hit builder-grade fixture and warranty issues. The older ones are entering water-heater and copper-leak territory. We work both ends of town. When we look at your place, you'll get the truth about what needs doing, your options, and a fair upfront price.

Peoria gives us a wide spread of home ages, and the work tracks the era. Vistancia and the newer master-planned areas up north are 2010s builds where we mostly handle softener installs and builder-grade fixture upgrades. The heart of our Peoria work, though, is the 1990s housing stock in Fletcher Heights and the established neighborhoods around 83rd and 91st Avenues. Those homes are now reaching the age where the original copper supply lines and water heaters are failing, and we're increasingly talking to owners about whole-home repipes as pinhole leaks start repeating in the same slab.

What we see on Peoria plumbing

  • Builder-grade fixtures and shut-offs failing in newer Vistancia builds
  • 1990s homes reaching slab-leak and repipe age

How a Peoria faucet & fixture installation call goes

  1. Repair-or-replace call

We diagnose whether a cartridge/aerator fixes it before recommending a new fixture.

  2. Clean install

New fixtures set with fresh supply lines and shut-offs so the whole connection is sound.

  3. Scale advice

We point out when hard water is the root cause and how a softener stops the cycle.

Faucet & Fixture Installation in Peoria, FAQ

My new faucet already drips, why?
Usually grit or scale in the cartridge from our hard water. We flush and reseat it, or replace the cartridge.
Can you install a fixture I bought?
Absolutely. We'll set anything you supply, and we'll flag it if it's not suited to our water.
My faucet drips constantly. Is it cheaper to repair or replace?
Usually a repair, if it's a quality brand. Most drips are a worn cartridge or a scaled aerator, and cartridges for Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Pfister are cheap and often warrantied for life. We only steer you toward a replacement when the faucet is a bargain-grade body where the parts cost more in labor than a new fixture.
Why do my faucets and showerheads keep clogging with white buildup?
That's hard-water scale, calcium and magnesium from Valley water at 16-20 grains per gallon. It builds up in aerators, showerheads, and cartridges. You can soak the removable parts in vinegar to dissolve it, but the long-term fix is a water softener, which keeps the scale from forming in the first place.
The shutoff valve under my sink won't turn. Is that normal?
It's common with older multi-turn stops. They seize up with mineral and corrosion and quit on you right when you need them. We recommend swapping them for quarter-turn ball valves during any faucet job, so the next repair is a quick local shutoff instead of killing water to the whole house.
Can you install a faucet I bought online?
Yes, we install customer-supplied fixtures. One honest caveat: real cheap online faucets often have plastic internals and proprietary parts that are tough to service later, so we'll point that out before we install. A brass-bodied unit from a major brand is the better long-term value.
What's a pressure-balancing shower valve and do I need one?
It's a valve that stops the sudden temperature swing when somebody flushes a toilet or runs water elsewhere, so you don't get scalded or hit with a cold blast. Modern code requires that protection. A step up is a thermostatic valve, which holds your exact set temperature even as household pressure moves around.
My Fletcher Heights home is from the 1990s. Is it time to consider a repipe?
It may be. 1990s Peoria homes are now at the age where the original copper under the slab starts developing pinhole leaks again and again. If you've had more than one slab leak, a whole-home repipe is often cheaper over the long haul than chasing leaks one at a time. We'll look at your lines and give you an honest call.
