Plans cover one home. The water heater flush applies to tank heaters; if you run tankless, we swap in the descaling service instead. Reverse osmosis filter replacement covers a standard under-sink system. Anything we find during an inspection gets quoted in writing before we touch it, the same as any other Liberty job.
Why we bother with plans
The failures are predictable
Water heaters in Arizona sit full of hard water and quietly build sediment until the tank goes. A yearly flush is fifteen minutes of work that buys years of life. It is the single most skipped job in the trade.
Pressure kills fixtures
Plenty of valley homes run well above the 80 PSI ceiling the code sets. High pressure quietly destroys valves, hoses and water heaters. Nobody notices until something bursts, and testing for it takes minutes.
You call us first
Members skip the dispatch fee and go up the schedule. That is the honest trade: you commit to the maintenance, we commit to answering faster and charging less when something does go wrong.
Membership questions
- What does a membership actually save me?
- Two things. The dispatch fee is waived on every call, and repairs are discounted 5% or 10% depending on the plan. The annual water heater flush and inspection are included, so the maintenance that prevents the expensive failures actually gets done instead of being put off.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. If you paid annually and cancel partway through, call us and we will sort it out fairly.
- Do you serve my area?
- All three plans are available across the Phoenix metro, Flagstaff, and Prescott. If we run service to your address, you can be a member.
- What is a dye test, and why is it on the list?
- We put dye in the tank of each toilet and watch for it appearing in the bowl. It is the fastest way to catch a silent flapper leak, which can waste a few hundred gallons a day without ever making a sound or showing on a floor.
