Faucet & Fixture Installation in Anthem, AZ

Anthem is where we live and work, and after two decades of 16 to 20 grain water running through the original Country Club and Parkside builds, we have replaced a lot of faucets that scaled up years before they should have.

Anthem homeowners call Liberty for faucet & fixture installation because we're local to the Valley, licensed, and answer the phone 24/7. Anthem is our home base, so we know it cold. It's a master-planned community built largely from 1999 on, split between Country Club and Parkside. The homes are newer, sure, but two decades of 16 to 20 gpg hard water has already started scaling the water heaters and fixtures in the original builds. We'll show you the real problem and your options, then fix it right the first time. Fair pricing, no surprises.

Anthem is Liberty Plumbing's home turf, and it shows in what we service here. The community broke ground in 1999 as a Del Webb master-planned development, which means the original-build homes in Country Club, Parkside, and the Anthem Hills areas are now 25+ years old. That puts the factory-installed 40- and 50-gallon water heaters well past their 10-12 year design life, and we replace failed original units almost weekly. Anthem runs on hardness routinely in the 16-20 grain range, which scales the tank bottom, clogs the cold inlet, and shortens heater life on top of age.

What we see on Anthem plumbing

  • Original 1999–2005 water heaters now well past their hard-water lifespan
  • Heavy scale on fixtures and tankless units without softeners

Faucet & Fixture Installation in Anthem, FAQ

My new faucet already drips, why?
Usually grit or scale in the cartridge from our hard water. We flush and reseat it, or replace the cartridge.
Can you install a fixture I bought?
Absolutely. We'll set anything you supply, and we'll flag it if it's not suited to our water.
My faucet drips constantly. Is it cheaper to repair or replace?
Usually a repair, if it's a quality brand. Most drips are a worn cartridge or a scaled aerator, and cartridges for Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Pfister are cheap and often warrantied for life. We only steer you toward a replacement when the faucet is a bargain-grade body where the parts cost more in labor than a new fixture.
Why do my faucets and showerheads keep clogging with white buildup?
That's hard-water scale, calcium and magnesium from Valley water at 16-20 grains per gallon. It builds up in aerators, showerheads, and cartridges. You can soak the removable parts in vinegar to dissolve it, but the long-term fix is a water softener, which keeps the scale from forming in the first place.
The shutoff valve under my sink won't turn. Is that normal?
It's common with older multi-turn stops. They seize up with mineral and corrosion and quit on you right when you need them. We recommend swapping them for quarter-turn ball valves during any faucet job, so the next repair is a quick local shutoff instead of killing water to the whole house.
Can you install a faucet I bought online?
Yes, we install customer-supplied fixtures. One honest caveat: real cheap online faucets often have plastic internals and proprietary parts that are tough to service later, so we'll point that out before we install. A brass-bodied unit from a major brand is the better long-term value.
What's a pressure-balancing shower valve and do I need one?
It's a valve that stops the sudden temperature swing when somebody flushes a toilet or runs water elsewhere, so you don't get scalded or hit with a cold blast. Modern code requires that protection. A step up is a thermostatic valve, which holds your exact set temperature even as household pressure moves around.
How fast can Liberty get to my Anthem home?
Anthem is our home base, so we're usually the fastest option in the community. For routine work we typically reach Country Club, Parkside, and Anthem Hills addresses same-day, and we put emergencies like slab leaks and burst water heaters first, because we're not driving up I-17 from the valley to get to you.
