I’ve been using Liberty Mechanical for over 20 years and, as always they were on time & completed the job as requested. I highly recommend them for everything in their scope of work.

1/10- received a call from the mgr Tom. He finally set things right by 1st sending me the invoice for the 1 supply line added for $195. He further credited $100. Which seemed reasonable. Then he gave a detailed estimate on what it would cost for a customer supplied faucet. The $400 estimate details included installation plus new angle stops. I’m upgrading my review based on this updated info. I asked for a quote to fix a leak under the sink. I thought it was the line. They replaced the line and charged almost $200. After the guy left it was still leaking. He came back and said it wasn’t the line it was the faucet .He wanted $400 this time to install a faucet and I would provide the faucet. But instead I’m getting another company to come out for $300 and it includes the faucet. The company called for a rating of the service. I told them I wasn’t happy. They never called back after that.

Jared out of Prescott did an amazing job! In a very tight spot ,under our house, Jared replaced a water pump and was able to replace our reservoir from 20 gal to 100gal . To put the larger reservoir in he hand dig a foot down. This work will save us wear and tear on both our new pump and reservoir.

Tyler from LP installed a water conditioning system. A+ job. What I like best is Tyler and LP did exactly what they said they were going to do. Service was delivered on time and at the quoted price (which was a great number). There was even a glitch when it was discovered that one of the parts was broken. Tyler found another technician in the area with the part and was able to provide the service as planned. Tyler is very knowledgeable and provided excellent instruction on the water conditioner and how it works with our home. A job well done. Will call on Liberty Plumbing again.

Tyler was a breath of fresh air! After experiencing several sad issues with other plumbers, I was cautious of any optimism. His main highlights are: Ability to explain problem and suggests how the problem can be resolved. His neatness as he works. Gives realistic time lines of completion. Polite and professional. Provides an itemized list of what you are paying for.

Update: I had another service come out after Liberty’s unclog only lasted a day. The other service did a thorough unclog that has maintained (so this time it was done correctly) and did it for $50 less. I unfortunately had a bad experience with Liberty. I had two bathtubs that backed up so I called them out. The charged $250 to unclog it and recommended a more expensive procedure (5X that cost) for a "permanent fix". The $250 unclog they did didn't even last 48 hours before it backed up again. When I called the only answer they would give me is that the work wasn't guaranteed to fix it and they'd be happy to come back out and do the $1250 fix. But that means I threw away $250 on their initial recommendation. This is bait and switch and not appreciated. I would never have paid $250 if it wasn't actually going to do anything.

Liberty Plumbing was SO quick to answer my call and get someone to the house that I manage for my busy executive... when all other locals were timed out a week or more. This is not an ideal timeline for an active pipe leak. Not only did they fix the issue, but they checked out the entire house to ensure it was safe from leaks and drips. I've had them back to the house to replace the water softener as well as a faucet fix. They're always so polite, friendly and professional. They are now at the top of my list of vendors for the Flagstaff area! THANK YOU LIBERTY PLUMBING!!!

I left a message with Liberty Plumbing and someone called me back quickly. This is in Munds Park , but someone was able to come up within a couple hours. The serviceman, Jared was so kind and patient and did a wonderful job. The communication was excellent and the price was right. I wil use Liberty again in Munds Park and Phoenix. Fantastic response time to an emergency pipe leak in my ceiling. Monique had Tim out there within an hour. Tim has 10 years experience in the area and knew exactly where the leak was in the ceiling. Minimal drywall cutting. He had fixed over a dozen homes with the exact same leak in the same spot. Had it fixed within an hour. Liberty has a great team that you can count on. Shoutout to Monique, Tim and Liberty! They even referred me to other services that can do the work they don’t do to finish the job.

Call liberty plumbing for some minor repairs a toilet that ran and a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. The technician was great and the work done was top notch.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Liberty Plumbing. My initial phone call was with Tom to setup an inspection of my home. He was helpful and informative. The inspection was conducted by Mike. Mike is by far one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever come across during any home service I’ve ever had. He took time to answer every question I had, gave me tips and advice on every plumbing fixture in the home and didn’t rush through the process at all. He actually was walking out and asked to come back in because he wanted me to be aware of one more thing. On top of it all, it was the end of the night so to know he took the time he did at the end of his shift makes my experience all the more impressive. My initial call was for a soft water installation. Upon arriving and giving me a very fair estimate I also decided to have bedays installed and after consulting with the plumber I also had a water purification system installed. The plumber was extremely polite and efficient, and the job was completed quickly. I will definitely use Liberty plumbing in the future.

Used Liberty for the first time to repair a leaking hose bib. They arrived promptly, even a little early, for a same day appointment. The problem was quickly identified and were able to repair rather than cut through the exterior to replace, with option given to replace. It's The technician, Jared, was professional, friendly, receptive to questions, and was clear in his explanations/recommendations. After living in Flagstaff for several decades, I have to say this was the best plumbing experience I've had and Liberty will be called in again for any water issues in our home.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Liberty Plumbing for the first time on Monday when they came out to repair a leak in my water main to the house and change out my pressure regulator which also decided to fail. I had a new Navien tankless heater installed by Liberty. The project included removing the wood and drywall pedestal that the old tank style heater sat on. Emilio and Alonzo (my apologies if either name was misspelled) were assigned to the job. They were polite, professional, and handled the job efficiently. They were a pleasure to have at my home for the day. The completed installation works perfectly and looks clean and professional. Our hot water heater started leaking late in the night. When I called the emergency number to Liberty, I got an immediate call back. Tom talked me through shutting off the water valve and had someone call me first thing in the morning to send a technician out. Alonso was our plumber. He was professional, prompt and efficient with replacing our water heater. We have used Liberty Plumbing before for other household issues and will continue to use their business.
